You can use this default WordPress builder (Gutenberg) to structure a post with text images etc ..by accessing the available widget under the plus (+) sign on the top left corner of this window.
Alternatively you can choose to ‘Edit with Elementor’ and build a post with the widgets available there.
Header and footer are applied automatically when viewing the post in the front end.
